Shipping Policy

The shipping range reaches United States of America , and Canada, Australia, EU and many other countries around the world.

Usually,the standard transportation may take 10 to 20 business days for the parcel to arrive in most countries or your place.(Due to the impact of COVID-19, there will be some delays in the transportation process.)

The parcel will be sent out in the first 48 hours(Except holidays) from China once the orders are made. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.

The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

We only accept returns within 7 days from receiving the order.

Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

Return Shipping Fee

The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement.

If you ordered an incorrect size, product or simply wants to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.

NOTE
The following situations require the buyer to bear the logistics costs.
1. Filling in the wrong address when placing an order causes delivery failure.
2. Changing the delivery address during parcel transportation causes delivery failure.
3. The package has been delivered, but the package has not been received due to other reasons.
