A: Standard shipping usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on your location, customs clearance, and weather.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours (excluding holidays). You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your parcel is dispatched.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

A: Changing the delivery address during shipping may cause delivery failure, and in such cases, the buyer bears the shipping cost.

Q: What if my package is lost or delayed?

Q: How long do I have to return an item?

A: Returns are accepted within 180 days of receiving your order.
