1. 30-Day Guarantee

We want you to love your look. We accept returns and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

• For Unopened Items: Returns must be in their original, unused, and sealed condition. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

• Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be approved by our Customer Service Team. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

2. Exchanges: Our "No-Return" Solution

If you tried the lenses and they don't suit you, or if there is a quality issue, we make it easy:

• Style & Quality Guarantee: Instead of shipping the lenses back, simply cut the lenses in half with scissors and send a clear photo of the destroyed lenses to info@just4kira.com.

• Free Replacement: Once verified, we will resend a new style or a replacement at zero extra cost to you. (Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable).

3. Return Shipping Fee

• Our Responsibility: If we sent the wrong item or there is a proven quality defect, Just4Kira covers the costs of your replacement.

• Customer Choice: If you wish to return unopened products for a refund due to personal preference, the return shipping fee is the buyer's responsibility. We do not accept C.O.D. services.

4. Order Cancellations

• Before Shipment: If your order hasn't been dispatched, we will issue a full refund immediately.

• After Shipment: Once a package is in transit, it cannot be canceled due to the nature of international logistics. Please process a return or exchange according to the terms above once the package arrives.

5. Important Logistics Notes

To ensure your "Kira" glow arrives safely, please double-check your info. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

1. Incorrect address provided at checkout leading to delivery failure.

2. Address changes requested while the package is in transit.

3. Delivery failure due to the recipient being unavailable or other personal reasons.
